When you are 19...
You talk about how stupid SPM was and how much you had dreaded it when you were 17.
You talk about who you think is going to have a boyfriend/girlfriend first.
You are asked at least 20 times about what you're going to do in the future.
You start driving your friends around or your friends suddenly become your drivers.
You talk about college and about the kinds of people you have met along the way.
You talk about where to work, where to raise a family and where to get married.
You talk about secondary school like it was 10 years ago but the memories are still fresh in your mind.
You start admitting all the stupid things you have done and laugh over them with your friends.
You keep asking about the people that you have lost contact with so that you're not outdated
You remind your friends that next year would be the year their age starts with 2.
You start to feel old when you go back to school.
You treat your friends more generously now because you know that you won't meet them in another year or so.
You learn to treat your parents better because you know that you're leaving very soon.
You tell your friends that you can see their change and that you're happy for them.
You realize that you have also grown to be less childish.
You become less kiasu after you meet people who are much better than you.
You reveal how you told someone someone else's secret when you were 16.
You realize that your friends actually know how busy you were in college because of facebook.
You say good bye to your friends in college and friends in secondary school once again.
You keep mentioning how fast time flies.
You still wear a T-shirt with cartoon and your pyjamas shorts and walk in town. (Perlis MAH!)
You still laugh like a 15-year-old not because of the joke but because of your friends.
You never get tired of talking to your friends because there's too much to catch up on.
You talk about everything under the sky and laugh about everything above thesea seabed.
You say "I still don't know, I'll know one day." a lot of times.
You learn to be more grateful for many things because you know that they don't come easy.
You know in your heart that you are going to start a new chapter of life very soon.
Most importantly, you love and treasure the people around you more than you did last year. =)
